ANT Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

This place has an updated decor only . Ordered cappuccino and it was 50mins late (seems the coffee machine could not warm up) My mom's hot soy milk was 30mins late. The chicken from the chicken rice dish was dry. The prawn noodles' broth was on a sweet side. The yong taufu was alright. The owner of the place doesn't have sufficient PR skills , which is very critical of service industry. Scolds her crew and could not lead by example. Being an open cafe concept , all these are visible to the customers. She did not even bother to check or inform us of the delay in the coffee and we are the only customer at the time. On top of all these, they charge 50 cents for plain water. We don't even get free water despite coffee was delayed 50mins . Zero customer service with only focus on revenue. My bill was Rm52.80.. It's not too expensive but I definitely did not get any value nor any good vibes...

Greeting.. This is cafe its really look nice but sad the service is bad.Why? is because this young lady in the picture with NO SMILE but with colleague she know how to smile, NO Greeting, NO Customer Service, and even she wearing a mask but I know because I'm very particular of customer service and work in customer service industry quite so long. Is this how you train her? believe me, you will slowly lose your customers because of this service and I wont come here again if my boss ask me to have meeting here. Even not only me will do but for sure slowly it will. The way she treat me is make my day become a badmood. She will never become a good service if she keep doing this. The 1 star is for their finger food only. Went quite a few times, all the draught beers are testeless. It's already banned by my friends, so I come alone sometimes. Customer service very realistic, keep on pushing whiskey while I only feel like drinking beer. Even if you come alone also they'll hard push the whisky and tell they'll keep it for you if you are not able to finish it. Their corkage fee for a bottle of wine is RM80, which is on the high side while the bar overall quality does not meeting the standard. Finger food is ok.
