During our visit, we indulged in their Salmon Sashimi Bento Set, Unagi and Sashimi Salmon Set, Kimuchi Nabe Ramen, yakitori chicken gizzard, and Salmon Maki.

The dishes crafted with care and authenticity.The Salmon Sashimi Bento Set showcased perfectly grilled salmon, complemented by a medley of fresh vegetables and flavorful rice.

The Unagi and Salmon Set boasted tender and succulent eel, expertly prepared to highlight its natural sweetness. Both sets provided a delightful balance of textures and flavors, leaving us satisfied and eager for more.

Kimuchi Nabe ramen a traditional Japanese hot pot noodle soup dish, was the epitome of comfort food. The rich broth enveloped an array of fresh ingredients, creating a hearty and comforting meal that warmed both body and soul.

I had lunch today at DOZO. In addition to the a-la-carte menu, the set lunch options are impressive. I chose the SABA set, which was perfectly prepared, with even the fish skin crispy. I also ordered the soft shell crab roll, which was well-executed; the crab was fresh and flavorful, and the roll was just the right size. I noticed the care put into making it just right.

This was my first visit, and I found the ambience to be nicely done. They even offer private rooms, which is great for intimate group dining.

The price? Reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, the great ambience, and the excellent service.

I opted for the teriyaki salmon bowl, and I was pleased with how the salmon was not dry at all. The seasoning was just right for my taste, leaning toward the lighter side, which suits health-conscious diners. The portion size was decent, though it might be slightly small for someone with a bigger appetite.

The restaurant itself has a clean and comfortable environment, with a well-organized layout. However, during my visit, it seemed slightly understaffed.
