This is my local kfc branch, I would prefer not to hate it. But recent experiences here have been bad, and today at 7pm was worse than the usual. Queued for 15 mins at the counter and when I wanted to place order, was told that cards payment must be made at kiosk. Honestly I dont understand what is the reasoning behind this policy at all, even if it were to ease the crowd at the counter, it does not seem reasonable to deny any customer who has waited in line for a long time. I’m also just ordering 1 food item and it will only take 15 secs max to process my order. But after 15 mins, back to square one again queuing at the kiosk. After placed order, waited another 30+ mins for my food standing in front of the food output side of the counter (My food was actually ready by the 20+ min mark, but none of the staff called out my ticket number and they just threw it out on the counter so i assumed it was not for me. Nope it was for me and my food was left to cool for however long it was left there)
Also, request for chicken part was ignored. I wanted one breast and there was clearly a lot there. On any other day, I would have just let it slide, but not when I had to go through close to an hour of waiting. Will consider driving further to another branch, instead of visiting my neighbourhood one...

To put it plainly, the experience was unacceptable. The power sockets in the outlet were all not working, and it was clear that no one in charge had bothered to check or maintain them. This shows a serious lack of responsibility from the outlet management. Customers are paying the same prices as any other KFC, yet the basic facilities here are left broken. What exactly is the manager being paid for if they cannot even ensure simple things like this are working?
KFC promotes itself as a global brand, yet this outlet feels neglected and poorly run. It gives the impression that the staff and management are just collecting salaries without doing their jobs. I should not have to point out such basic failures — this should have been checked and fixed long ago.
I expect a proper explanation and immediate corrective action, not just an apology. If KFC cannot even maintain basic standards at its outlets, then you are failing...
Read moreI only went for a single item - Cheesy wedges. The cheese that was layering on top of the wedges was like cikut(like potato growth spurts). Takut hilang rezeki kut. We are paying nearly 8 bucks for this and thats all the cheese they gave. After my husband politely requested, the sales person said, oh cannot add anymore. Then i went there and asked is this the cheese level yall give for 8 bucks. Then they sengaja banjirkan cheese. I have noticed this(not enough cheese) issue 2 years ago, i didnt speak up then, i just simply avoided to go to this outlet. Yesterday me and my husband went there since its the nearest outlet from the route we were coming here.
Hampa xpayah bagi cheese overloaded sampai nak banjir taman pertama, its bad for business i know, but JANGANLAH KEDEKUT SANGAT DENGAN CHEESE TU. Kami bayar doh. The permaisuri outlet’s cheesy wedges seems normal. The other shell KFC one’s also normal (no complains). Only at this outlet. I dont know, its weird yall, if you want to try my experience, go ahead and order cheesy wedges yall😂.
