Pertama Residency — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This residential property is in a busy area of Jalan Cheras. But, amazingly, you can't hear the busy road sounds. Maybe we are on the high floor of level 8th.

The studio house is well maintained, as well as the property. The lobby is convenient with air-cond and comfy sofas with tables to chill.

The building is safe with the security guard, and the access card is needed to go up. However, 2 things I noticed that when I fetched my colleague, the security guard didn't stop him and asked while the sliding door remained open (other guests just walked out) so my friend managed to slipped through without being questioned.

The other thing is, the house we stayed in is next to some kind of welding field where they make sounds in the early morning, starting at 8 am, so annoying. I mean, our stay is surrounded by 2 other residents' blocks, and why do we have these lorries and welding works in the middle of residencies. Ridiculous.

Parking...

First of all, I take my hat off for my agent, Mr Kenji, he was awesome. I lived here for the last 2+ years, and I truly enjoyed it, the location is perfect as it's away from traffic jams but close to the MRT station and very close to the bus stop The rooms are perfect for solo or couples travelers. The management is awesome and constantly working to improve the building and the security guys are really friendly and they manage the security of the building very well, I always felt safe there, I could leave the condo door open and not have to worry The value for the price is great and I'll definitely try to book there if and when I'm back in KL

Cons: the only con I can think of honestly is the elevators in the building, there is only 3 elevators and 1 extra for service, and for the last 2 years, I can't remember when the 3 elevators worked together, there is always at least one...

We (husband, kids aged 9 and 5 and myself) stayed here for 4 nights. The owner, Mr. Kok Wai Chow was very helpful and answered all our queries from time to time through whatsapp. We had been contacting him for everything even before we started from India. The apartment comes with free wifi, fridge, AC, washing machine(we washed our clothes twice here) shampoo, bodywash, detergent liquid, some basic utensils like a saucepan, spoons, bowls, forks, induction cooker, kettle etc. There's a convenience store just below the apartment from where we bought daily provisions like milk, bread, sugar, instant coffee and biscuits. There's a small eatery just opposite the apartment where we got dosa, omlette and atta paratha from. Thanks to Mr.Chow and this apt, we could do our malaysia trip within our budget.
