KyoChon Chicken @ Kepong Metro Prima (Take away & Delivery only) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

First time ordering from this outlet and it is the worst compared to other outlets; via grab food. All 20 pieces of chicken are COLD (not even warm) despite I place the order at 11.15am and the delivery took 7 mins only. They insist it was freshly prepared which I 100% in doubt. I will never visit this outlet anymore.

Intended to dine in here, but to my surprise this outlet is only delivery outlet but this info is not updated in google maps. when ask the staff about this, they got mad and defensive. Staff name eva natasha is terribly put kyochon’s customer service image to shame. no proper training, no service etiquette in dealing with customers. food quality here is also the worst as compared to other outlets . red chicken ive ordered is not mixed with sauces thoroughly. better spend your money at...
