This bah kut teh was one of the highly recommended. Though their meat taste not bad but they have a very bad service. Firstly, you need to walk yourself to refill soup and the soup is limited, the boss will control people from taking extra soup with the reason that if they give more soup to customer, then who gonna buy their meat which I personally find this ridiculous because people eat bah kut teh will of course ask for some extra soup. Secondly, they are expensive; per head cost RM25 (where on average, per head cost around RM15+/-) and lastly, when we ask for something politely; they are pretty arrogant and lack of serving skill (the lady who attended to us if not mistaken is the boss's daughter). Honestly, no matter how "delicious" their food are or perhaps put it in a way that people go there because there is not much other bah kut teh choice in that area especially in the morning; I'm not here to spoil their business but i think they need to have basic respect and servicing ethnic.

This used to be my dad’s favorite bakuteh spot more than 20 years ago, and I still remember the sticky mouthfeel from the collagen goodness of the thick soup. I revisited recently but sadly, the soup is not the same anymore. It’s still a decent place to have bakuteh, but there are many other better places. The soup tends to be on the salty side, lacking the meaty flavor I remembered. Additionally, the side order taufupok is of mediocre quality, and it surprised us that it came in such a big portion that was too much for us. The service could be more attentive, they won’t volunteer for soup refill, and we have to ask for it. And the refill is a bit too little each time.

My first visit. Overall, I would give it a 3-star for this visit. What I don’t really like is that they put all meat (pork belly, ribs, pork stomach,) into a same pot, makes the soup very thick and lost the original taste of Bakuteh. When we asked for soup top-up, the soup does have the original taste of Bakuteh (not fantastic taste, but good enough). hence, I would suggest they don’t mix all types of meat into 1 pot. Was also disappointed they ran out of 油条.. which is a must eat with BKT. Service was ok, quite friendly staff. For price of about RM30 per pax, I don’t really recommend this place since KL has so many other nice BKT.
