I eat shushi mentai since long time. My mistake is my mom trow away the receipt. I have been mistaking by charge me alot. First staff sent me wrong order. Other table food. Then i told. Wrong check the number. When the first order. The others staff come back say the food my dad want. Out of stock. May change. My father say can. But when i pay. Feel weird. Its more than it charge. My mistake give to my mom fast receipt. She trow it away without double check. I realise the food ( out of stock ) was being replace is also enter the order. I calculate my self should be pay rm70+ only. Why become rm100+. Under stand the tax. But the tax no so high.
First give others customers food wrong put ( scare enter the system too ) Second say out of stock replace with others ( i asume out of stock also inside the system. Got two product which is food being replace & out of stock one )
And one more things. If u guys do compare with others mentai outlet. This franchise has the smallest portion. See the tapawere of this salmon grill. Its small. At picture u guys cant see clearly the comparison. And the tapaware also small and rice is little compare others oullet. Same goes with the drink ( green tea jug ). And white tuna not fresh. I cannot finished it. The green tea also feel plain and no taste.

Read moreI know is a peak hour. But the attitude i got when i came in is terrible. The supervisor used an unpleasant tone to ask how many pax we are dining in. At the beginning i was like "Fine, maybe because of the peak hour the staff was stress". So the supervisor asked us to go inside. Alright. But then i saw the staff was cleaning a table which was next to the Rotating Belt, and i wanted to sit there. And here comes again the supervisor, shouting to the staff saying "jangan bagi dia duduk". And i was like, does Sushi Mentai needed to do reservation for table? For my understanding doesn't matter who came in first but who walk over the table first can be seated at the table ( just so u know the table I'm sitting at and the table i was planning to sit on is the same for 4 pax ).
