My family & I recently have the pleasure of dining at Watermark, a restaurant known for its affordable Western cuisine. Located in the quiet part of the city, Watermark offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. During our visit, we have the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, and while the food had its hits and misses, the friendly staff and excellent service more than made up for it.
Let's start with the highlight of Watermark—the affordability. In a world where dining out can sometimes break the bank, Watermark offers a refreshing change with its reasonably priced menu. The selection of Western dishes is extensive, catering to a range of palates and preferences. Whether you're craving a juicy burger, a comforting pasta dish, or a sizzling steak, Watermark has you covered without burning a hole in your pocket.
Now, let's talk about the food. While some dishes at Watermark left a lasting impression, there were a few that missed the mark. We asked for a medium rare rib eye but it was over cooked. Pasta was ok but I would like it to be cooked al dente. Despite these minor setbacks, we appreciated the effort and variety in the menu.
The staff at Watermark truly deserve praise for their exceptional service. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The waitstaff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to address any queries or concerns. Their friendliness and professionalism elevated the overall dining experience, leaving a lasting positive impression.
The ambiance at Watermark was comfortable and inviting, with tastefully decorated interiors and soft lighting that added to the relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or a special someone, Watermark provides a cozy setting that encourages conversation and enjoyment.
In conclusion, Watermark is a restaurant that offers affordable Western cuisine, with some hits and misses in terms of the food. However, the friendly and attentive staff, coupled with their great service, more than make up for any culinary shortcomings. If you're looking for a reasonably priced meal in a welcoming environment, Watermark is...

Read moreTime wasting and totally ridiculous management. Phone booking been told only accept walk in. When we drive down from cheras to this place. Staff told us fully booked when we reached there by 11.20am ! And the reason is 20% online reservation, bla bla bla. And if you lucky enough, you are able to write your name down and wait 1 hour for it ! I enquiry the staff and she told me because we are two person, so we recommend walk in on weekends ! However, in whatsapp they didnt ask any info about how many person are coming… please… time wasted and leaving with frustration… that’s all I can said. Think twice before you go there to avoid mood devastation. If management cant handle that much, please make a proper rule so no time wasting. Not everyone are gonna waste time prepare drove down there and been told no slot anymore??!
And they seem like not understanding what is online reservation and walk in… their “walk-in” is you have to be there early enough to write your name down ! This is not walk in, this is walk in to do reservation ! And I’m sure that the staff who just simply throw words like “we recommend all walk in if they are only 2 person ! “
What is the logic here ? Cant accept online reservation, you have to walk in and try your luck to write your nane down to secure a place ? Then leave if you are unable to ? They dont event think about your time. They just try to cheapskate to secure place for group of people… try to make sure the person who come physically and wait 1 hour for no reason… so if you think this restaurant worth your time and...
