Best Malaya Resto & Cafe — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

The owners know who I am because I had the chance to speak with them face to face to express my disappointment over their service but I still need to give this review in order for them to improve.

After completing the order using the QR code, the staff reached out to our table to inform us that nasi ganja & nasi mandy were not available. We felt frustrated because we initially wanted to order nasi ganja.

The QR code system sucks and is useless because some of our orders were not detected by the system, so we needed to reorder, causing significant delays in our already delayed food preparation.

After waiting for almost more than 1 hour, some of the food & beverages still hadn't come, and mine came after all my family members had finished eating, only after I reminded them more than 5 times.

My order was ayam penyet, but they left out the eggplants, and my ice chocolate was served without sugar.

At first, I didn’t seem to mind, but when they kept repeating the mistakes it was the last straw.

The overall experience was truly upsetting and awful, especially when you have brought your 11 family members and suggested this place to them.

A reminder to all customers, if you want to bring your family, it is advised to reserve first and preorder your food to avoid experiencing what my family and I had.

The only thing that I can applaud is the restaurant's owner and the staff (owner's children) who served the food—they have been polite.

This is truly a good faith feedback, so please take it as constructive criticism because there is room for improvement if Best Malaya is serious about sustaining...

Happened to walk around and saw this restaurant with a dim sum name, yet we were surprised with its nasi ganja instead.

There's this wonderful arcade pac man machine where you'll get a free meal if you're able to beat the high score (currently about 32k).

Ordered nasi ganja ayam goreng mamak and mushroom soup. Very satisfied with both of them. Indeed it's something different from the normal nasi ganja, they made it their unique menu. Chicken is very crispy and tender, paired with the different sauces to mix with the biryani rice. Mushroom soup is pretty solid, just hope that they could use better better to enhance the smell & taste of the bread.

Price is considered medium high based on the portion & quality. If it can be looked into, I believe it'll boost the business more.

Just discovered this place a month ago and I've frequent it two times already bringing friends and family. Both times we had a good experience eating there - food was great, staff friendly and hospitable. The owner himself talked to us and asked how the food were. He seemed experienced and passionate about the food industry. I felt like this place deserves more recognition than it already has.
