Harru Smoked and Barbecue — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

We choose to have our family gathering here since we really tripped with their “smokes“ slogan. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with both of service and food. We specifically ordered one by one since we come in a group. Requested for a drinks ala carte but the waiter said one of our menu that we order included drinks so we choose to cancel certain item only. But until we finished our meal , we still didnt get our drinks. More worsted is that bar tender can sit get a chit chat with other staff? Wow while us waiting our drink almost 1 hours ?? Service are tooooo slow . Not slow like normal but really slow. The food is quite tasteless. Very small portion not worth every penny. Given the high price but overall experience did not feel worth it. Cashier should be said sorry first to customer whenever you’re make any mistake but not for your staff. You just block what im trying to explain then u just go away to get the drinks. Please learned how to respect your customer. My mother in law keep said “panas la awak ada kipas?” Should be you take any responsibility to make your customer comfort but you just ignore the request.

We ordered: Curly Fries (RM9), BBQ Loaded Nachos (RM18), Smashed and Brisket Burger (RM28), Beef Up (RM30), Mac & Cheese (RM24), Smoked Beef Brisket (RM22), Fettucine Alfredo (RM23), Meatball Supreme (RM15), Fettucine Di Blomak (RM31), Chicken Lover (RM25), Harru Signature Coffee (RM16.9), Iced Matcha (RM14.9) and Lemon Tea Tower (RM19.9).

In: Beef Brisket. I'd say this is their specialty, and they're good at it. Brisket was tender, and the smokey aroma was just nice. Smashed Beef Brisket was also good and very filling. The pickles could've used more work. Fettucine Di Blomak was very spicy, and it comes with a brisket, and the creamy fettucine matches well with the beef.

Service super duper slow. Not recommended for gathering more than 5 pax. If santai² boleh. Or else make sure you guys pre order first while making reservations so that hopefully everything is in place. This is to prevent slow food preparation in their kitchen. Then food ordered but at the end it's not received. Advise, use a system like AFT Station. The QR menu method. Much easier to order. Business can be started as a hobby. But dont make it end like one. Start small. Winning as an empire. Mark my words.
