The environment and ambience are comfortable and pleasant. It features some incredible mural paintings. However, the restaurant's quality has degraded since it opened. The food's taste and quality are inconsistent, and the staff is not attentiveĀ and dull. The waiters is not focused on their primary task of serving the customer; they lack the common sense to provide cutlery with the food they serve. We must make a request for it. There are numerous house flies flying around, making it an unpleasant experience to eat. Because the price is higher than the average, the service must be up to par. However, it has failed miserably.
In terms of food, their tiffin and fried items are excellent. They offer an extensive selection of authentic Indian beverages, including masala tea, sukku coffee, cardamon tea, and ginger tea. Always order the single shot because the taste is better. Without a doubt, the best tea in Sendayan.
I tryĀ their chicken paratha and garlic bread. The flavour was adequate, but nothing exceptional. The gravy is not particularly tasty. Their Briyani is the most disappointing dish! Being a lover of Briyani is a huge disappointment for me. The chicken Briyani costs RM 15.30, and the chicken pieces that come with it are minuscule, and they don't even use briyani rice. The taste was abhorrent. I tried their Briyani when they first opened and it was excellent, but the quality and taste have worsened.
Please improve the quality of your food and service.I really hope I can give 5 star in...

Nothing great about their food, naan served with cold gravy in tiny 2.5 inch sauce bowl. Regular tiffin dishes are edible, but taste really mediocre. The ala carte menu choices are slightly better since its prepared freshly. We've returned to this shop several times in hopes that the experience will be different but only to be disappointed even more.
There was a rat on the tree, which is the focal piece in the restaurant. When highlighted to the staffs, none of them bothered to acknowledge it and continued standing around. This clearly indicates that they do not prioritize hygiene when handling food and maintaining the environment. I regretted not snapping a picture and highlighting this to KKM. Just didn't want to be the person to affect someone else's rice bowl but seeing the staffs' reactions I knew they are not concerned about it.
I honestly feel that the owner/manager of this restaurant isn't passionate about their food and services. The main focus here is just the ambience. The staff were rude and they don't bother interacting with the customers. Just shove the menu and walk off staring at each other or minding their own business, like as if we're waiting to be fed free food. Come on, show some interest when taking orders or serving food, it really doesn't cost you any money to...

Restaurant Review: Narayanan Tea Stall āļøāļøāāā (2/5)
I recently visited Narayanan Tea Stall, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overallāexcept for a few standout items.
The main food items lacked flavour and tasted quite bland. We ordered dishes like mutton/chicken masala parotta and chicken curry dosai, which were underwhelming and didnāt meet expectations. To make matters worse, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to receive our foods when the restaurant was nearly empty.
With that said, their sirap limau and limau ice were both terribleāfar too diluted and unbalanced in taste. However, they did redeem themselves somewhat with their masala tea, which was excellent and clearly made with care. The chicken pakoda and potato samosa were also quite goodācrispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying.
In terms of other aspects:
Service: 3/5 ā Just average, nothing particularly welcoming. Ambience: 5/5 ā Cozy and charming with a traditional tea-stall vibe. Cleanliness: 5/5 ā Surprisingly clean and well-maintained.
Would I recommend it? Only if youāre going for a quick tea break or to enjoy their snacks. Skip the mains and avoid the...
