Huo Feng Ding — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

Received rude treatment from the boss.- Dining was only allowed 2 hours. My family was already at the restaurant and I was running late so I told husband to go in first to enjoy the early bird price from RM50. However was told that this was not allowed. So I called to inquire if they could just go in first but since I’m late, it’s my responsibility to have less dining time or if they still wouldn’t give the discount, I wouldn’t mind paying full fare but to ask if I dine as usual for 2 hours instead of less time? But before I could even ask, boss very rudely told me off that if they allowed discount, how are they going to run a business and told me that IF I DIDN’T LIKE IT, TO GO COMPLAIN ON THEIR FB PAGE. He then ended the call abruptly and I was left hanging. I kept saying hello?, hello? I was shocked and almost broke into tears. I didn’t even managed to ask and he had already cut me off. I knew him as a very nice and humble boss of Muffin House. Perhaps successful business has caused people to be too proud, think that we are so hard up to pay them for their service and forget their manners towards their customers. He could be stressed but couldn’t he just at least explain instead of rudely telling me that “if I don’t like it, go complain in their FB page” ? (wish I recorded it). I was ready to pay in full and just needed some clarification. As a boss, no matter how stressed he was with previous customers, it’s not right to throw his temper at the next one. Mind you, my 3 year old was to also pay unlike other restaurants who gave free. Wanted to try out the restaurant for the first time after seeing rave reviews but I guess the “great business” has gotten over their heads that they didn’t need business from us. My family walked out of the restaurant. (Ps: I hardly put up any complains online and this is rare because the boss told me to do so)

Update: I gave them another chance and tried again. This time, I guess the boss must've been less stressed as there were less people on a weekday. He was courteous and polite but he knew I had already written this review on his FB page which he had promptly deleted. Putting this aside, I would say that this place is actually really nice for a pleasant buffet. Worth for money and the spread is fresh, delicious and most satisfying. The boss actually goes in to help his workers clear the table and checks on the food spread once in a while. No wonder he's stressed. But the dining experience is enjoyable and I would still go back there again as the price is reasonable and the ambience and food were of great quality. Good job and keep it up but keep it...

I stumbled upon this hotpot place in Seremban for dinner, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it’s vegetarian-friendly and buffet style!

As a vegetarian myself, I opted for the veggie broth and tomyam soup base. They offer a variety of fresh vegetables and mock meat and for something crispy, you can also get fried veggies and mantou! After the meal, we enjoyed making our own shaved ice and had some sweet soups that weren’t overly sweet — just perfect!

I left the dinner feeling very satisfied! The service was also top-notch. Kenji, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly friendly and attentive. Since it was our first visit, he took the time to show us where the ingredients and sauces were located and made sure we knew which options were vegetarian-friendly.

Highly recommend this place for a delicious, satisfying buffet-style...

One of the Serving girl…😘 -Came here having dinner with family. But being urged by a "pretty lady" to eat faster WOW BRAVO😂 Just about to get dessert, the lady has called other waiters 💁‍♀️ to clear the table haha. What makes me laugh is where did that beautiful lady get such a good education? It’s okay if you stepped on my foot, the point is that you saw it and asked impatiently (who ordered the food where to put it)? Hahaha. I think this job is not suitable for you at the moment and you need to develop on a better platform. I'm sorry to offend you, miss. It's our fault. Shouldn't let you see us and make you feel unhappy, maybe i owe you money and i forgot to pay🥹🫡

BTW the food is really good you guys can get...
