Consumers beware of this PRICIER branch!

Their milk on tap (MOT) are charged at RM10 when u bring empty bottle there, whereas other outlets are charging RM8.40, so as per what Jom Cha claimed in their fb page, RM8.40 for refilled milk on tap.

I don’t understand why, under the same franchise but they charge differently 🤷‍♀️ this is not Genting highland nor Langkawi branch. I did checked with Jom Cha but they said for this outlet they don’t control their MOT (milk on tap) pricing, so yes, you are paying MORE at this...

Quite disappointed with the staff. As we buy the milk for delivery yet not giving any receipt. In the end declare the staff no longer working and even refuse to check the record.

Order fresh milk salted caramel dapat2 rasa mcm susu yogurt selalu beli sedap je ni tiba2 rasa masam pulak. Lagi satu beli soy belgium coklat. Soya kelat lidah. Memang tak sedap beli kali ni. Dua kali dah kene. Tak pergi dah jomcha sini. Pasni gi aeon nilai je lah. Dah lah datang dari pd..frust je dapat...harga rm20 keatas dapat air tahape2. First dulu pernah beli air yogurt mango. Yogurt dia berketul2. Mmg tak pandai buat air betul pekerja dia.
