福阳海南茶店 Hainan Old Street Kopitiam - Kuantan — Restaurant in Pahang

First time visiting this restaurant as advertised with air-conditioning. Variety food served here .However, price range above average (I.e Double the price as other usual food stalls). Price almost as you are having your meals at Kuala Lumpur food stalls prices.

Food served tastes out from expectations. Limited seats available. You will urged to leave by the waitress immediately you finished your meals. Not a friendly places to have your meals here. Longan with honey lemon teas terrible sweet ! You won’t continue drinking it after first sip’s as you are drinking syrup! However, Hainan coffee taste just nice .I won’t come back to this restaurant for a meal by any chances...

When I wanted to order, there's no staff member to handle the order counter, and I waited for a while to get the staff to assist my order. When I telling the staff what I want to order, she busying with other stuff, looking for here and there, even checking how other staff making a drink, kena disturbs 2-3 times 😅 after making order, wait quite long to get our food served, even not so many people. And they might not teaching their new staff to recognise the table number, we saw a staff walking here and there to find the table, dunno why he cannot read the table number 😅 food is acceptable, but unfortunately service is not...

Drinks : 4/5. Not bad Food:

1. The cookie egg tart is horrendous. It’s greenish yellow- it’s not even pandan flavoured. There’s no taste of egg or whatsoever.

2. Usually polo bun is cut horizontally and sandwiched it with butter. But, their polo bun is cut like hot dog style. Why la like that.

3. The dining area has a A LOT of flies. Really spoilt the dining mood.
