Boat Noodle - Kuantan (ECM) — Restaurant in Pahang

as far as i know, the restaurant was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but when i arrived, a worker told me they actually opened at 11:30 a.m. i had to wait for an hour and a half in the mall. when the restaurant finally opened, the staff were rude and didn’t even greet us with a smile. i didn’t catch the worker’s name, but the service was honestly zero.

they didn’t put any forks or spoons in the utensils box—only chopsticks were available, and my friend doesn’t know how to use chopsticks. there were no tissues on the table either.

now about the food—the ayutthaya noodles were still uncooked when they were served. and the most disappointing part was the ayam pandan. two pieces of chicken were undercooked and even had blood coming out of them. oh also the food was cold and dont you think its weird? they restaurant just opened, aren't the food supposed to be warm and hot atleast? ++ there's so much ice in the drink and the drink itself is very little.

i really hope this can be addressed...

Am always go here for a nice meal but last weekend for a meal. The service was a bit let down. The food took more than 30 minutes and when i asked the staff about our food, she was a bit rude. Didn’t even care to apologise or to check the food just replied “there was only a person handling the noodles station”. I was surprised and repeated asked when the food is going to be ready. She left us without any explanation and only got our food almost 45 minutes after ordering the food. When the foods reached our table, the food was cold. It was so frustrating. first, there were so many tables around tp the cashier bagi table paling dkt dgn tmpt they bersih makanan & sink. we couldn’t choose our seat. plus takde org pun pagi2 but need to order dkt cashier.. the price & portion of ayam legend yang diserve tak worth the money.. the lava egg kra pow tasted pretty bitter. we have tried boat noodle elsewhere in KL, not as bad as this one. there must be a reason why tmpt lain the rating is pretty high while here pretty low. nevertheless, the manager politely offered us to order other food / cancel it. so we opted for cancellation. she even apologised. i had the boat noodle, they tasted fine. anyway, hopefully the HQ boleh monitor...
