Kosma Business Hotel — Hotel in Pahang

I would give this underrated hotel a 5-star rating due to several reasons:

Truly strategic location - just opposite to Kuantan City Mall and another mall behind it which is East Coast Mall. You can just walk to these malls to save on car park.

Ample parking - there a lot of parking space right infront, at the side and at the back of the hotel. But you may need to pay RM0.65 per hour from Monday to Saturday. Coupons are sold at the hotel reception.

Clean and looking new - the bathroom, TV and furniture looks new. I learnt that the hotel opened its door since 2015. But things are still new.

4.Value for Money - Book a room with a queen bed. Just nice for a small family with 2 adults and 1 toddler. It costs us around RM45 only. Really great pricing. However, Im not sure if this is normal price or promo price. I booked using Booking.com for Saturday stay.

Low rise building - there are just Level 1 and Level 2 with two elevators...

Room was a bit run down especially the karpet. Staff was trained, hopsitable and attentiveThey also need to replace thier chrome faucet attched to the water heater to a non conductive material as written on the water heater itself. Traditional malay food was fantastic but stay away from western food. Get it elsewhere. Very close to Masjid Tepian and there is a small bridge that allows visitors and guets to easily access the Masjid. Kuantan City Mall is 5 mins away by walking. They do not have designated parking area so you have to park n pay the daily rate. Please download PagangGo apps because you can use this apps to pay parking fee at your finger tips. Overall.....

Please advice your cafeteria staff ( ladies/makcik ) do not know her name..but totally disappointed with her rude attitude.. mentioned by front desk it breakfast till 10.30am .when we going around 9.30am 30 July 2023 all menu was finished..and one of our team asking her because the time still have an hour and the answer is ' semua suda habis tinggal Teh o je' with her sour face.. for your info we are staying here not free, we are paying all the service.. Front desk and room it was really awesome..but totally can't accept the staff in cafeteria.....
