KFC Bentong — Restaurant in Pahang

The environment is very dirty and messy. Very disgusting！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！ I don't want to dine in again! Customers eat and no one comes to collect the food. They leave it all there! The toilet is disgusting. The wash basin is broken and the water overflows! The sauce area is almost broken and can't be pressed. No one repairs it.😡 Upstairs and downstairs are equally bad! It's very bad! It's so hot upstairs and there's no air conditioning. Is this how KFC is in Bentong? Very disappointed! Very bad service.manager name susila.i order food at 1557.waited 30minutes for the food.but the manager press my number ready to pick up after I ordered the food.so I when to counter to collect.food not ready.i ask the manager why did she press ready to pick up since the food is not ready?she didn't answer my question and just walk off.i waited there for her to get back to me.but she just don't bother about the customer who is waiting there.When I wanted to cancel the order the food is ready after 30 minutes than serve by her staff.i ask what's the manager's name.the manager don't intend to tell.just make don't no.i waited there for her answer and than she told me her name is susila.what is a bad manner of the manager in kfc.i travel from jb all the way to pahang.really had a very bad service by manager of kfc in bentong.worst service. Can't be a manager of the outlet if you can't even handle your customers well.Hope kfc management take action on this staff for better service in future. On 23.1.23, I ordered takeaway from my KFC app at 5:15pm at this location. When I got there my order was cancelled. Apparently, the Head office cancelled my order. I know it is Chinese New Year and it is very busy but I had to try to reorder my takeout from the KFC app but once again, I could not. Promising my family a KFC dinner, and after more than an hour I finally ordered via their KFC machine. My issue is why cancel my order with the KFC app, and also unable to utilize their specials on their App. The price of KFC has gotten really expensive. Used to order from this location and it was good but it has gone downhill since. They don't serve coke...
