The atmosphere is good, the service is satisfactory, and the prices are reasonable. I ordered tom yum, siakap (seabass fish) tiga rasa, omelette, pancake, and an ice-blended chocolate. The fish was okay, the omelette was okay, and the pancake was okay, but the tom yum tasted weird; it was like river water. The ice-blended drink was too sweet; even my young daughter couldn't finish it. I noticed that other people have given quite positive reviews, so I guess maybe it's best not to order Thai food and instead go for local dishes like mee goreng, sate, and others; that should be fine. I think we might have chosen the wrong items from the menu. They might excel at preparing...

When we had dinner there at around sunset time, there were numerous insects flying around due to the lights, and some of them were crawling around in the food and drinks. Very unappetizing.

The best restaurant in Kuala Tahan, the staff is lovely and the food is great, they serve generous portions for the price and have a large choice of meals. Make sure to try their local specialty (tempoyak) if you're an amateur of fish, best food I had there and you won't find it anywhere else in Malaysia.
