My experience was extremely frustrating due to inefficiency, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior from the staff. My order was placed at 12:24 PM, and the kitchen only received it at 12:32 PM, which already indicated inefficiency in processing orders. However, the real issue began when we had to wait for over an hour for our food, with no updates or apologies from the staff. If the staff knew there was going to be a delay, they should have informed us when we placed our order. Instead, we were left waiting with no explanation. At 1:00 PM, we followed up and were simply told to "wait." By 1:15 PM, we tried calling the staff again, but she ignored us twice. When we finally managed to get her attention at 1:20 PM, she was dismissive and unhelpful, only saying to wait longer. At that point, we requested for our food to be packed as we were already late for work. When we approached the counter at 1:30 PM to collect our takeaway, the food was still not ready. Despite waiting for over an hour for a simple order (a sandwich and grilled chicken), we noticed that customers who arrived later were receiving their food before us. When we questioned this, the staff gave us an attitude. While she eventually apologized, she was rude and refused to take responsibility, saying it was up to the chef. However, isnât it the staffâs duty to follow up on delayed orders and keep customers informed? We finally received our order at 1:38 PM, paid, and leftâcompletely disappointed. To make matters worse, we were not the only ones facing this issue. Another customer before us canceled their food order after waiting 35 minutes, and after we left, we saw another family requesting their food as takeaway due to the long wait. This experience was unacceptable. The lack of efficiency, poor communication, and rude behavior from the staff at the Alma branch need to be addressed immediately. Chicken quesadilla - Utter terrible. Very sloppy and they put a paper underneath to make it worst
Creme brulee coffee - Pure scam. I'm quite amazed with their confidence to put it as their signature drink. Owner pls go to The Alley to know how a creme brulee should taste like although it's a milk drink. I'm not sure what coffee beans they use, the taste sucks
Sesame spring chicken noodles - Mamak Maggi soup will taste better. Not to surprise, it was terrible as well
