Ipoh City & Country Club — Restaurant in Perak

The place is spacious and with nice ambience. Even thought of bringing my other friends to this location. When we were there, it only had about 50 to 60% occupancy. It took nearly an hour for the food to arrive. The menu stated chicken chop but definitely not the chicken chop anyone would envision. It was just chicken cooked in Thai or garlic style. The vegetarian dish was also so so. When we complained to the countless waitress ( they were courteous no doubt) about the delay in food, they said the other tables too were complaining and couldn't do much. Definitely will not step foot at this...

Tis been sometime I haven't eaten here & it was a TOTAL DISASTROUS night out for my ladies & I. Apart from the fried fish... The rest of the meal was just not worth our time /money. Even hawker food tasted much much better!! The ginger chicken was more ginger than chicken.. The veggie literally DROWNED in a sea of oyster sauce....

It could be due to CNY, have to cope up with 100 of tables, so the food is lacking in taste n freshness. Fish n meat are overcooked & all the food is served cold. Guess it has been lying there in the kitchen for a while. It's about Rm1500 for the menu that I ordered (10 pax) 1 room. I'm a bit disappointed...
