Tanjung Malim, has been famous for the dish " Buddha jump wall", unavailable because need order at least few days before dine in. We ordered seaweed tofu, salt and pepper calamari and "guai fa chicken". Top with layer of seaweed on home made tofu gave you different texture with mixture crisp and silky soft, served just right with gravy (not salty). Salt and pepper was quite standard taste sprinkled onto calamari, crispy and yummy! Guai Fa chicken was so good with deep roosted crispy chicken skin embeded with soft and tender fish paste, defintely one of the best that I have tried ever!
