Notably, Western dishes are unavailable during midday service, with offerings only available after 6 PM—a scheduling decision that adds exclusivity to the dining experience.

The Western menu presents a diverse selection of dishes; however, the sauces, including those used in pasta dishes, appear to contain an excessive amount of MSG, affecting the overall balance of flavors. Personally, I find the lunch menu to be more enjoyable in comparison. To enhance the dining experience, adjustments to the seasoning and flavor profiles of the Western offerings would be beneficial.

I believe the food is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the service. My friend and I had a negative experience at the restaurant. Despite ordering three dishes, the food took an unusually long time to be served, as if we were dining at a fine dining establishment. Moreover, when we inquired about the delay after waiting for almost 30 minutes, we noticed that other tables, which had arrived later than us, received their food faster. The waiter initially promised to check on our order but deliberately avoided us when we called him again. Finally, he reluctantly approached our table and asked, "Sorry, would you like to cancel your order?" When I asked him if the chef had already cooked our food or not, so that we could decide whether to cancel or not, he responded in an uncomfortable tone, saying, "It's being cooked right now. I am not the chef." On his third visit to our table, he apologized and informed us that the chef hadn't started cooking our order yet. We hope their service improves in the future, but unfortunately, we won't...

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Service was atrociously slow — nearly one full hour just to get our food. To make matters worse, reviewers who came in later were served first. When my brother raised this issue, the staff’s dismissive response was: “You got all your food right, and in the future please book early to avoid delay.” That kind of attitude is shocking and completely unprofessional. This business needs to understand that customers are not doing them a favor by waiting endlessly. With such poor service, average food, and dismissive treatment, no amount of “inviting reviewers” will save you in the long run. Stop relying solely on UPSI students to keep you afloat — improve your service or risk losing customers entirely. The food is passable at best (Alhamdulillah edible), but nothing justifies the price or the wait. The pasta in particular is a complete waste of money.
