Restoran Nasi Kandar Ali, Parit Buntar — Restaurant in Perak

The taste of this nasi kandar is confusing. It doesn't have a prominent flavour explosion when the plethora of curries was mixed but a slight fizzle, like instead of a full tango in your mouth, you get just a couple of butt shakes. More like the individual curries doesn't have its distinctive characters but more or less the same. The rice is run of the mill and the chicken also tasted average. Don't get me wrong, the taste wasn't bad, just nothing impressive. The price is also more expensive than other nasi kandar around the area of Simpang Ampat-Parit Buntar-Nibong Tebal.

This is a hotspot if you are coming to Parit Buntar. One of the finest nasi kandar in town. Different from other nasi kandar stall, they open starting from evening (7pm) to late night, so their food is fresh and of course delicious. The environment is pretty hot inside, but at least after their did a bit of renovation it became cleaner. Quite a lot of food choice and the caterer will get them for you. The best mamak nasi kandar at Parit Buntar. Open at 7 pm daily with a long que of Malay, Chineese and Indian. The friend chicken, ayam masak pedas, sotonh, ikan keli, kacang panjang and kuah campur is a must try as well as gulai ikan. There is many more choices. A standard plate of rice is not enough.
