You sign to work customer service my dear Partners.. no matter how busy you are in the store, short of hands, lapar or penat; a GENUINE greeting, a SMIZE (smile with your eyes lah since you wear a mask. kan dari mata turun ke hati.. gitoh!), also a SINCERE thank you to your customers is the “weapon” to ensure you have regular and good reviews for sure..

Read moreI had really bad experience of customer service here during my visit on 3rd May 2023 at 10.00 pm. This would be my first and the last time. I wont come back again. The crew and barista were rude. Not friendly like other outlets. Very Slow service. If food cannot be ready on time and u guys are busy, why dont you say sorry and explain or feel empathy towards your customers??? Even bangla at mamak are doing more better than you. They like to yell at customer when food is ready to be pick up, no bell or no crew to send it,. Just like hell service. Moody face, not even smiling.
