usually have a good experience , but today , for take away via drive through, had the worst one , we ordered for drive through take away via app around roughly 3.10pm? apps notified us our food are ready for pickup around roughly 5 minute after that, upon arrival food is not ready yet, the first staff was okay, he informed us accordingly, since theres no car queing behind us , if there is we would definitely park at the side, since we are a regular , and the space for drive through is actually quite tricky to park at the side we just waited there for roughly 5 minute , then this sour faced- female- black scarf staff came and told us to park at the side, when enquired she simply said food not ready, no sorry nothing ( bro app said ready already thats why we came if not we wouldve wait at the side) , so we waited at the side, 3-5 min after food were ready, we had to make a uturn cuz theres no spoon to eat my nasi goreng , then when enquired about spoon walaweh , takdak sorry apa lah , pakai mask ni, tp boleh nampak la takdak mood kerja dia ni kan , i just wanna say , for every customer, purchasing food or whatever service youre offering , its an experience, it can be a good one or a bad one , depending on how you deliver it, please , dont spoil other people’s day if you have issue of your own or simply if you dont feel like working then please take a day off and relax at home ya, 😄 hopefully zus will improve & train the staff better , so the customer will always have a good experience and thatll keep them coming...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I've had at a ZUS outlet. We had to wait around 10–15 minutes just to be acknowledged, and the staff didn’t even greet us with a smile. The queue was incredibly long — we ended up waiting about 30–40 minutes for our drinks. Out of desperation, we had some outside food while waiting because we were starving. Instead of understanding our situation, the manager didn’t even listen to our explanation and only gave us a warning.
I completely understand the rules, but waiting over an hour for drinks is unreasonable. This experience was disappointing, and I have no intention of returning to this...

The new staff are definitely a step in the right direction, but with just a little more warmth and friendliness in communication, the experience could be even better. I’m optimistic that with continued focus on customer interaction, this café will reach its full potential. Looking forward to coming back again soon and seeing even more...
