A&W Sungai Buloh OBR (Overhead Bridge Restaurant) — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

FYI, no bridge view for a&W, only KFC and Burger King have bridge view currently. When we go for order being informed coney, fish burger ,spicy chicken,bearly meal(kids meal) ,normal fries and all desserts like waffles are out of stock. As I know, this is a common problem in most of the A&W outlets in malaysia. Cashier seems patient but look very tired and not very responsive during order conversations and did not repeat our order before payment made. One fries was missing upon collection of the food. Kids was going there for birthday celebration, kids meals and waffle ice cream are out of stock, kids come back with disappointment. Overall food taste good. Serve hot. But the down side is the staffs skills need improvement and too much food out of stock, almost 3 quarters of the menu was...

I've arrived here at 8pm but the restaurant looks so down like it's about to close. The food was very not nice. The rutbeer was flat and only burgers and fried chicken was available. The cashier literally serve me with full annoyance. I only order two burger and that's all, i asked politely if i can get the burger without any pickle and she said no(with annoyance attitude🙄)so i said it's fine and that's all. She literally looks like she was ready to throw hands and feet at me the whole time she was taking the order😂. This is the worse A&W restaurant I've been and I'll just go to burger king,kfc or family mart next time when i stop here. Oh yeah before i forgot the dining area table was dirty...

Just an ordinary fast-food chain store selling burgers and fries with some sides like fried chicken and root beers. The only thing special about this is its location which is situated at a cross bridge structure spanning across a busy inter state highway. Prices here are a bit more expensive compared to landed stores but the experience of dining in a restaurant overlooking a major highway more or less made up for it.
