19/8/20 - Ordered a delivery service here, first 20 minutes of waiting looks like everything is okay.
Then get a call from them saying that my gai jor need to be swap with something else since its out of stock.
Since i ordered one gai jor set which is also included in the combo set and plus another side order of gai jor, i need to swap to other food.
Its normal so i ask what’s my option? They said only wedges(cheaper). So i cancelled the side dish order and i accept the swap for gai jor that included in the combo set because its our main dish.
They said cannot cancel since its in the system. Thats the first B.S of the evening. Swap to cheaper sides so can maximise profit for the day. Good thinking.
Then food arrived, first thing is the bottle drinks we ordered are completely wrong. Then when we eat, and notice one of our pizza crust was burned. Bad quality of food. So we assumed its just a bad luck since only 2 pieces affected, so considered ignored lah, still can understand that sometimes human error is unavoidable.
But then the soup that comes with the set all are turning bad, and got really awful smell. Its disgusting as if due to the first issue, they completely ignored to serve us better.
If up to me u guys don’t even deserve a star. I think people prefer dominos because of service like u guys. Pizza hut hq and kfc holdings should check on this outlet. Not even worth it to spend to buy such low...
Read more1.I've been repeating order from this branch because it is the nearest from my house and the cashier is always the same person and i think if he could put some smiles and friendly towards the customers it would made someone day better. 2.Latest visit to this place there is a music playing quite loud from the kitchen that make me need to shout a but when ordering and it really bother me. 3.I've been stress on that time but I don't expect that my visit during that time made my mood even worse.

This time is delivery, I waited, wasted my time, called me with bad phone network, informing me to change something else, why would I.
