I visited this restaurant recently, and while the food wasn’t bad, it wasn’t particularly memorable either. However, the most concerning issues were the service and HYGIENE STANDARDS. 1. Excessive Waiting Time: I arrived at 3:40 PM, well outside of peak lunch hours, and placed my order directly through the QR code. Despite ordering just one soup with noodles, the dish only arrived at 4:10 PM. The restaurant was not crowded, so the delay was inexplicable and quite frustrating. 2. Serious Hygiene Concerns: All cutlery is self-service, stored in a toolbox. Upon opening it, I was shocked to find most of the utensils stained with food residue and visibly yellowish. This wasn’t just one or two pieces , nearly all the spoons and chopsticks were so dirty . I immediately brought it to the attention of a staff there. Instead of an apology, I was met with a dismissive expression and a simple, “I will take it to wash .” 😳 3. Unacceptable Food Handling: Once I finally received my meal, I noticed a broccoli stain on the side of my bowl, the weird thing is my dish did not contain broccoli. This raised serious questions about cross-contamination and overall cleanliness in the kitchen is how bad ? But what truly ended my meal was finding a worm in my vegetables. This is unacceptable, especially from a vegetarian restaurant that promotes health and kindness. Overall, the ambiance is decent, but the service and hygiene standards are far below acceptable levels. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. This is not a matter of being picky . these are serious concerns that need immediate attention.

As part of our vegetarian culinary exploration, my partner and I have decided to visit this outlet with a rich history of 20+ years of business experience. Parking can be found easily, just that walking is necessary during peak periods. The interior was really comfortable, with a fusion of Asian and Western outlook, definitely not your typical vegetarian outlook. The menu is also rich in variety with vegan options available for most food items. As we were not really hungry, we ordered the Tomato Fried Rice with added rice (add on RM3) and their Signature Dish seaweed wrap. For beverage we ordered their Hot Honey Lemon. The Tomato Fried Rice was really aromatic, flavourful and had cheese! With added rice it was sufficient for sharing of 2 pax and it was really appetising, every bite just kept us going for more. The flavour wasn't artificial and definitely not bland tomato sauce only. Adding cheese was a master move, as it added some saltiness to the sweetness of the tomato. The Signature Dish seaweed wrap was the BOMB! With layers of seaweed wrapping the crunchy sengkuang fillings with carrot slices, added with mango salad sauce and plentiful of cucumber, cranberry and lettuce, it was something else and really suitable for all ages. One thing for sure is that the salad sauce isn't those typical ready-made sauces widely used in every other outlet. All in all, if you're up for Asian and Western fusion of vegetarian food, then this is the place to be. Of course, price isn't really average for the offerings here, however what you pay is what you get in terms of their materials used, so do give them a try!

Best food, best service, best ambience — all in one place. The food was excellent, both in taste and presentation. You can enjoy local delights like Assam Laksa (available on weekends), along with a wide variety of other dishes to suit every palate. Each item felt thoughtfully prepared, and the flavours truly stood out. Service-wise, the team is incredibly attentive and welcoming. They’re more than happy to recommend dishes based on your preferences. The elderly aunty who takes orders always greets me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality, making the entire dining experience feel personal and pleasant. The ambiance of the shop is equally inviting — cozy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing meal with family or friends. It’s a place that makes you want to come back not just for the food, but for the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Cafe De Sky – Elevating Vegetarian & Vegan Dining

🌱 A Must-Visit for Vegetarian & Vegan Food Lovers

✔ A vegetarian restaurant that takes meat-free dining to the next level with an impressive selection of Western and Asian dishes. ✔ We ordered: • Tofu Satay – A creative plant-based take on a classic dish. • Asam Laksa – Almost identical to the non-vegetarian version—a real surprise! • Luosifen (螺蛳粉) – The famous pungent rice noodle dish from Liuzhou, China, known for its strong aroma and deep flavors. Their vegetarian version is a close to the real minus all the non vegetarian ingredients. • Stuffed Cannelloni – The highlight of the meal! Creamy, cheesy, and cooked to al dente perfection. Absolutely delicious. • Eggless & Butterless Cake – Soft, moist, and flavorful. A great choice for vegans!

🍽 Why Visit? ✔ Extensive menu featuring both Asian and Western dishes. ✔ Vegan-friendly options, including butterless & eggless desserts. ✔ Spacious venue – Perfect for large events and even vegetarian/vegan wedding banquets.
