my name is letchumy, I went to KFC Petronas Petaling Utama today 22/2/2024 at 9.45pm, I ordered 5 pieces of spicy chicken at the kiosk machine and paid at the counter, suddenly I was told that there were only three pieces of spicy chicken, the woman at the cashier told me to take it dinner plate because there was not enough chicken, I agreed and paid, after paying the woman was ready pack my order, suddenly a Malay woman wearing a Tudung and dressed in a t-shirt and jeans appeared, she took out 3 pieces of chicken from my box and entered into another box, when I asked her she said someone else had it, you have to wait 15 minutes, she should have informed me before she take off the chicken from my box but she never do that , when I ask her she said that the staff had packed it wrong, I ask her why you didn’t inform me before you took it , she show the bloody face to me and just leave the place like nothing happened , I am really upset and I ask for a refund because they had no courtesy to apologize for the mistake made, same as the branch manager acts as it is nothing happened, please KFC management please teach the staff how to treat customers with courtesy, and manners, this is 2nd time I have bad experience at same branch kfc petronas petaling utama , service...

With the drive-thru closed due to staff shortage, I thought the process would still be manageable. Instead, this staff member showed no empathy, making it difficult for me to move my car even after I explained I was alone with a baby. A drive-thru should make things easier, not harder. Read moreI ordered self collect 10 pcs set. 5 Ori, 5 Spicy. Upon pickup and reach home. I receive all 10 pcs chicken breast spicy. Worse part is all the chicken pieces are dried and tasteless. Or not well cooked pieces.
I also ordered 2 sets mantou plus egg gravy. Received only 6 pcs mantou. No gravy.
Supposed to receive a voucher. Not received.
Ended up I have to return to shop ask for missing items. Not even an apology, just tell me out of stock. Not suggesting me a solution at all. In the end, gave me a whipped potato to replace the 2 missing tomato gravy.
KFC, am I not supposed to trust your staff and open and check every single piece upon pickup? This is my worst ever experience...
