I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, but sadly, the quality of service has declined to a point where I can no longer ignore it.

The issue is not just occasional mistakes—it’s the pattern of mistakes that makes me believe they are intentional. I’ve repeatedly ordered the same breakfast (Nasi Lemak Ayam), and almost every time, something is missing—sometimes the egg, sometimes the chicken. At first, I politely reminded the staff, assuming it was just human error. But the same "mistakes" kept happening, almost as if done on purpose.

It feels like the staff are subtly trying to discourage customers from returning. They appear to be working under the cameras, but in reality, they’re putting in the bare minimum effort. No apology, no accountability—just passive resistance. Perhaps they think that fewer customers mean less work for them, and their salary stays the same anyway.

There’s no feedback system, no visible way to report concerns, and it’s clear that no one in charge is monitoring what’s really happening. I’ve finally decided to stop coming here. I’d rather support a place that respects its customers and takes pride in...

The worst mamak shop in Bandar Sri Damansara!!! Expected me to accept a horribly burnt and torn rawa tosai!!! Refused to replace by claimimg that it's how it looks like!!! See attached pic! I rejected it and walked off! It's also true, according to feedback by my friends and a past review here, that they had diarrhoea after eating here! Those who have had bad experience here, please post your feedback here to warn others! Avoid it at all costs! Or eat at your own risk!

The place is typical mamak restaurant, nothing out of ordinary. The service is a bit slow and uncertain, probably attributed to the freshly hired waiters who have trouble with communication be it BM or English. I have tried rojak and tosei uttapam here plus nasi goreng mamak here. My verdict is 7.5 out of 10, which is a bit generous considering that the hot drinks (be it teh tarik or Nescafe tarik) is quite awful. Being at Bandar Sri Damansara which is quite an upmarket residential estate, the price is surprisingly affordable.
