most bad thing there was the weird nerd indian worker, he did not speak English, not even Malayos.. u asking them something, but they make other thing .. i want just potatoes on rice, he put chili soup on rice !!? i asked him to heat Chicken that i picked it from out ... he didn't want to put plug 🔌 of microwave until i asked other 1 to order him !! he acted like he angry !!? why he angry from customer for nothing ! indian mentality 🧠 !!
good things they have some malayos from Indonesia, they are good attitude ... keep laughing on him and said to us sorry even they not make any bad, they are good with customers ...
i don't know y many shops bring low IQ workers with bad attitude makes problems with customers, until costumers did not like to buy from them again ...!
they have a room to pray up, but so small , maybe they need to have a bigger place for pray ... other thing they put speakers up beside praying room keep screaming indian songs ! better to remove those speakers away from praying room ...
as place is so strategy point of diplomatic corner ... prices not cheap, but of course so cheap if anyone compared with restaurant on it face called ... House of Grill ...! they have a funny robot 🤖 to deliver some times .. make some people interested, especially kids ... many points good for families, clean place, aircond, robot , parking ... so they need to fixing many other things to be 1 of Best restaurant of Putrajaya ...
if not so i think malayos like Thai TomYams more...
Read moreI would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent dining experience at your outlet.
On my visit for breakfast, I specifically ordered roti canai with mutton chop curry—as described in your menu and repeated in my order—but was instead served roti canai with beef curry. This was disappointing and misleading. Had I been informed of a substitution or unavailability, I would have made a different choice.
Additionally, the drinks I ordered (iced coffee and iced tea) were severely watered down, lacking the expected flavor and aroma. The amount of ice used completely diluted the experience—literally.
To add to the frustration, parking at your location was unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient. While I understand parking may be beyond your direct control, your establishment should be mindful of the customer experience as a whole, especially in a busy area like Putrajaya.
Lastly, if you intend to respond to this complaint, I would appreciate a sincere and personalized reply. Please avoid the generic cut-and-paste responses that have been circulating on your other customer feedback. It’s disheartening to see real concerns met with recycled apologies.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a better experience for future patrons.
I would not recommend the food here based on this experience. This will be my last visit to this outlet—with the exception of your Taman Melawati branch, which continues to maintain...
Read moreThe food and atmosphere were alright. The only thing that ruined the experience was this one waiter. We dined on the 2nd floor because there were a lot of people downstairs, and when we ordered a few dishes, including two roti canais for my two daughters, this waiter came with two roti canais on one plate (Hey, mistakes happen. We understand). But when we asked for an empty plate, he went down and just "disappeared". After waiting for a while, I went downstairs to get the plate myself. When I got down, I saw the guy not carrying anything or doing anything, and when he saw me, he averted his eyes and went inside (seemed like he deliberately ignored my request). Luckily, the guy at the plate counter (tall guy with glasses) was friendly enough to somewhat eliminate the frustration. Some people aren't meant to work in the service industry where customer experience can make or break a business. The sooner you get rid of these bad eggs, the better for your brand. I'll still go there again because the food and atmosphere were alright, but I really hope not to be waited by the same...
