We were welcomed with cockroaches in the bathroom. Tried to ask for another room but apparently they’re fully booked and the receptionist told us this had never happened before.

So we asked them to take care of the problem. A housekeeper came with just a brush and a spray bottle which does not at all look like an insecticide. He squashed one but there was at least two of them, the rest probably went into the drain. I guess they’re using some sort of a “natural” repellent because they don’t have any ventilation for their rooms.

On the third day of our stay it happened again, this time when the housekeeper came, he couldn’t find any. Then he just sprayed water around with the hose, this time without the spray bottle. So we asked him to use some kind of insecticide but he refused because “it’s unhealthy”, in his own words.

He then said that they will provide us with a cockroach spray for when we see cockroaches. Guess it’s our job now, but okay. We waited for a while but he never came back. This was in the afternoon, around 12PM. So we decided to go out first, maybe it would take him some time. At late night (2AM), when we got back to our room, we immediately checked the bathroom first and we see a cockroach crawling, again. There’s still no spray, we gave up, packed our things and checked out asap.

Such a shame because the room is actually decent for a few nights stay. Location is also good. Things could’ve been handled professionally. We’ve been tolerant enough with the fact that there were cockroaches in the...

Room is decent for solo travellers and comfortable, basic amenities are provided (eg hot water kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush etc). The hotel is fairly new and clean as well. The location of the hotel is also quite strategic, with few convenience stores and eateries within walking distance. However only on street parking is available, parking rates are at RM0.50/hour, Mon-Fri 8-6pm. The Flexi Parking app can be downloaded on the spot for parking payment. Parking spaces are quite limited, you may need to walk a distance to the hotel depending on your parking spot. Room walls are not fully soundproof, sleeping ear buds may be needed for light sleepers. My overall stay was quite satisfactory. This hotel is convenient for short overnight stays. It is recommended to call the hotel to make your reservations instead of booking through Agoda etc. The room prices are cheaper (depending on room type and availability) if booked directly...

Stayed for one night. The service was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The hotel is strategically located. Many restaurants, fast food, pharmacy and grocery shop to go.

The room was ok also, all the basic things provided well. Except for the ironing station located in the outside room. Suitable for short stay because the room not sound proof. The sound of other guests quite interrupts when I in the room.

Theres some parts to fix:- The toilet was not too clean (got stains inside the bowl) Got an issue with the light, one bulb was not functioning well.

Overall, this hotel is good...
