BTC Bistro Inanam — Restaurant in Sabah

Absolutely love everything. The Chinese waiter (Lee if I'm not mistaken) came to me and very patiently answered my questions and took my order. Ordered a briyani kambing set, the food is absolutely superb, rice is so well seasoned and flavourful. Kambing they gave me a lot of bones instead of meat, but what I managed to scrapped out of the bones are tasty and juicy. I was seated at the aircon section and the place is tastefully furnished, clean and cozy. No food smell at all coz they cook in a separate section, and I didn't walk out the restaurant smelling like food. Walk next door is their kurma outlet selling wide variety of kurma and sweets. Tried their baklava, super addictive and most importantly, they're not overly sweet, expensive though. Parking is a challenge, but will definitely return to...

We came here for lunch and were shocked by the treatment we received. There were two dining spaces and we randomly entered the one on the right, which had greater air conditioning and a much nicer atmosphere. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, the staff rudely drove us away without giving any explanation. We were forced to dine in the next-door space, which was far less comfortable. I have always visited the other branch in Luyang and their service is not like this one. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has left us feeling extremely disappointed.

To make matters worse, their cleanliness is a serious concern. We were given a “welcome drink,” only to notice that the cup was dirty, with traces of chili stuck and dirty...

Seat almost half hour pressed the calling button Twice and the supervisor screamed to the staff then they come took my order( nasi biryani Bambu) Honestly the biryani to salty the chicken part is very Plain can’t taste spice. Overall the biryani is fail Should never served it to customers for RM19+++

For the shop which is sales many chandelier light, few spice ,perfumes, carpets and ajwa dates .please take more carefully as you speak the girl staff &hairy hand man staff is very rude, “ bagus kau mati” ( better go died) they like to say it to customers I bought a couple bottle of “kishwa” perfumes but They put wrongly price on the labelling. It’s RM 27for 12ml bottle. Overall the Shop goods price was to expensive the Man and girl staff....
