DOJO NANYANG KOPI HOUSE PLAZA KOLOMBONG — Restaurant in Borneo

We come in around 9:55am Order food at 10:09am always wait 40 minutes for family meals ,Lazy staff don't see the wrong menu many times…I see the staff angry when others order and say where to eat, why is it always like long hours? The staff forgot the menu…. I want to order a "soup series" meal, the female staff said wait for me "OK" 30 minutes later, I asked which "soup series" to eat, the staff said sorry, the "soup series" has run out, you can replace it with "sweet & sour" take away 🤦🏻‍♀️ why don't the staff talk to me?…. My husband is eating and wants to order "sweet & sour" food. Wait 20 minutes for the female staff to arrive. Take my husband to see the "curry chicken" food…then I said there was no order to eat curry chicken 2 times 🤦🏻‍♀️ my mom told me to take away "curry chicken" this is bad dozo kolombong…. I guess KK Times Square outlet still the best good staff, clean, check the menu, nothing wrong, nothing wrong⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…. Bad The staff doesn't check the menu and is lazy and makes mistakes many times, forever long 50 minutes...

We walked into the restaurant through the entrance near the counter. when I handed in our order list, the cashier told there’s a line (from the other entrance) – but she still took our order anyway. They DIDN'T even put any notice on the door we used, DUHH!

We sat down, and suddenly a waiter RUDELY told us to move because our name wasn’t on the list and SLAMMED a “reserved” sign on the table, (SERIOUSLYY??). We had to get up to register at the "other entrance". LESS THAN A MINUTE, they called us back to sit at the EXACT SAME TABLE! Mana ko kana train oh main halau2 customer dari meja macam tu?! They COULDN'T even run their own system, and we had to be humiliated by their INCOMPETENCE?

I told them we were dining in, and only one drink was marked for take-away, but they packed the whole meal to go. They didn’t even display the order numbers properly. Where's your screen?? apa guna itu white board?!! Our meal was left UNATTENDED, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO...

Had a late lunch here today and ordered some various of food like polo bun, tomato soup meehoon with dumplings and prawn, and half boiled eggs, Milk tea and Nanyang stocking tea.

The place is kinda okay. Clean and comfort enough to hang and eat. Service kinda okay. Need to scan the qr code on the table, no need to get serve to order -kinda convenient. The menu books so good that i enjoyed looking at those pages. Everything is okay 👌

Only thing is they don’t have cili potong. I was gonna put some cili potong in my soup 😕 i hope they could provide some cili potong for spicy lover like me. Also, the cup of the tea was a bit bigger very unusual-it looks more like a mushroom soup bowl actually. My partner said he was already felt full when he dranks half of the tea 🤣 hahaha the price wise is reasonable not that pricy - i think...
