KFC Bandaran KK Utara DT (Tuaran Bypass) — Restaurant in Borneo

I was planning to go for drive-thru, but there's no one to take the order. I'm not sure if it's not working or what, however no notice or anything seen anywhere. But there's car in front at the payment window, so I'm not sure what's happening. I ended up reversing my car (luckily there's no car behind me) and go inside the store to order.

I went in and order using the Self Order Kiosk. Saw some people still not use to the Self Order Kiosk, but there's no staff to assist. I've been to other branch, usually there's will be staff to assist.

And as I can see, they have plenty of staff but no one care. One of the staff even look at the confused customer and only tell the customer to order using the kiosk.

My order also took so long to be ready. I understand we usually need to wait a bit for burgers. My order number also being put out of the screen even it's not completed yet.

So I went to the counter and ask one of the staff about my order and my number already dissappear from the screen. The staff just look at me, check the order and just left the order and stand there near the counter.

Later on, I saw the order is actually ready when the staff check earlier, my burger is ready. But she didn't do anything & just stand there near the counter and wait for her colleague to come and give me my order. She could've said something, maybe just inform me to wait or whatever. I understand all the waiting times for certain items. But at least inform the customer instead of ignoring when people ask you nicely about their order.

I love the food qualities, however the customer services is...

The food as usual taste the same..Well it is a KFC..Isn't it? Why I always encountered with the situation when I were supposed to have my balance that it is not enough 5 cents? Always..At the first time, I didn't mind as I presumed the cashier might forgotten with the 5 cents..But I realized that it did happened again..So please the Shift Managers of this place..or the Branch Manager maybe..please look at this..it may look small..but in other way, it is a stealing from your customer..in silent...

On 17th May around 10pm i bought a set of Set D & set C at drive through. Once i reach home & start to eat, i found that the coleslaw & fries is weird & smelly. I try to eat a little bit before i decided to throw in rubbish. Worst come to worst when i keep vommit & feel uncomfortable in my stocmach after eating both. PLEASE ! Check your menu & make sure everything is fresh . We pay for the service & quallity. Syukur sy tidak report ke mana2 selain di sini. Im waiting for...
