Worst service 👎 I had to say, I order the food by drive thru at mcd Ijm and I received the wrong order! I ordered double cheeseburger combo with drinks & fries add on sundae Cone. And they gave me happy meal with Mchichken & fries. Only the drinks and the ice cream are right. I realized after I went back home, so I had to drove by car again to bring back the wrong order at Mcd Ijm and glad I still kept the receipt so I have a prove to show them. After that they give me the right order within apologies . As a f&b staff, it's your jobs to check customers order before give to them. I know as human well all make mistakes especially at work but this is not the first time that happens, it happens multiple times about this wrong order issue but I just don't want to complain but this time is literally out of my anger and I had to complain so they can improve their mistakes so it didn't happen to any customers again. Please alerted Mcd staff I hope it won't...

I was there on 16/12/2021 using drive thru line..i was ordering my favourite burger but since they are still caters for breakfast the operator on line informed us that the normal menu's will only resume at 10am.it will be more proper if the operator to use a polite & kind words towards a customer such as " i am sorry sir/madam the normal menus will only resume at 10am at the moment we are still serving breakfast menus.please place your order or if you wish to order you normal menus you can always come back later..please remind & educate a employee to always use a polite words towards a customer such as Please,Sorry & thank you at all time rather than a harsh words.I hope to see a changes in my future visit to McD...

The place was crowded today because there were specials for both McCafe drinks, which were half price, as well as the fried chicken. The drive-thru was also busy with at least 4 cars going in while I was waiting to cross the road and go in the main entrance. Knowing the likely increase in customers due to the promotions, more counters should have been opened instead of just the two operating despite lines of at least 5-6 customers each. Despite the number of customers, service was quite fast and courteous enough so kudos to the staff.
