Chica.go 7 — Restaurant in Sarawak

I always enjoy Chicago 7 at Eastmoore but my 1st time trying it at KIA is disappointing to say the least. Their chicken though freshly broasted & crispy on the outside , smells/tastes like its frozen inside. The mash /gravy was too salty. I couldn't finish d 2 pc platter. Secondly, the cashier staff could try smiling a bit more...after all KIA is the Gateway to outside tourists & foreigners. Thirdly, when i wanted to pay via SwakPay (QR code was clearly stuck in front of the Cash Register, staff told me they only accept cash. Luckily, I had a RM50 note stashed away for emergency in my wallet but she wanted smaller notes. I told her that RM50 was all the cash I had on me cos I always use Bank QR or Swak Pay. Overall 2.5/5: Airport fast food standard, cash only.

Food 2.5/5: When comes to fast food at Airport, you know it will be more expensive but having lower quality than other outlets. This is no difference. The chicken was dry and hard, the rice is tasteless. The fish and chips were ok in comparison.

Service 2/5: Slow. Only 1 staff is manning the outlet and he was taking his time.

Environment 2.5/5 : Similar to many fast food outlets in Malaysia, busy, and cleanliness is meh. We have to clean our table (before sitting down).

Value 2/5: cost RM40.50 for fish with rice and fish chips + chicken...

hmmmm....lousy food,now 5.30pm, dinner time ,but said no chicken available. only some food choice are available.
