Everything about Kuching is good except Oldtown White Coffee! Why this "pest" even get to Kuching. Just stay in West Malaysia. My meal before boarding a flight is spoil by the long waiting time for my food, lousy nasi lemak that cost so much with so little sambal. Even charges extra! Can't finish my nasi lemak with so little sambal! Whoever is running this outlet, check your competitors before opening. They have much better nasi lenak at RM20 price range. The toasted bread arrive so late that I need to rush. Base on the expensive price of Old Town and the high quality food experience by Kuching residences, don't justify to have one "pest". Airport authorities, please follow what Sibu airport does, put your iconic Sugar Bun there or some better tasting original sarawakians food. I am very disappointed. I DO not go all the way to Sarawak to see a west malaysia brand right at the airport. I was very happy with the KFC opposite until it was closed and had to eat a terrible tasting food. Please uphold the pride of Sarawak.

Great Coffee and Delicious Food at Old Town Coffee, Kuching Airport Had a wonderful experience at Old Town Coffee in Kuching Airport! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious—loved the nasi lemak, which was rich in flavor and well-prepared. The toast was generously filled with butter and coconut jam, making it a perfect snack. The chicken hor fun was another highlight, packed with comforting flavors. One thing I really appreciated was their attention to detail with drinks. I requested no sugar, and they actually served it exactly as asked—something not all places get right! Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy good food before a flight. Highly recommended!

Interesting that a few items are not available in the menu for an international airport standard, furthermore this brand is expanding to overseas. Crews were not friendly, the one at the counter in taking order and other crews ignored the requests to clear many of the tables of the utensil used by the previous customers. Space wise for this outlet is a bit tight for comfort. Room for improvement for an outlet to wanted to attract franchisors, definitely need to pay attention of the impression to the world tourists that transits at Land of the Hornbills. Wishes them to be better. Cheers!

1)The cashier is not hear my order at the counter. My order is not complete. Nasi lemak actually is 2 set but received only 1 set. I go to counter & order again. 2)Girl cashier is not friendly.
