One of the most unique Fuchow dishes I ever tried. Ordered Sastion Wu Fish(Slice Senangin Fish with shredded Bamboo/Mengkuan in house special sauce), Signature Taufu Kang, House Fried Meehun and Mani Vegetable with egg. All were cooked with perfection. Also sharing are some pictures of other dishes available which I will say quite unique from years of travelling and trying new dishes in this part of the world. Overall, my comment is,...

I asked the rude waitress to introduce some dishes . Fuchow fried noodles , sweet and sour pork ribs, mushroom bamboo shoots, sio bee, Manchurian yam cake, fried sea cucumber w/eggs . Overall to me , it’s not bad but nothing special either . I only like their fried noodle quite similar to braised fried noodles but with wok hei goodness .Sio bee was...
