Went here to get my birthday cake in slices, when me and my mom entered, no staffs went to greet or ask us what we're getting though they were standing at the counter. After several minutes of standing there looking through the cake display like fools baru nak layan and ask us what we're getting. Not long after, during my payment I wanted to redeem a cake voucher for 10% off cause I saw dkt counter ada promote member specials but when I asked about it, the worker looked like he didnt want to entertain any of my requests while blatantly giving me a half-assed service without no explanation whatsoever. In the end, I wasnt able to redeem the voucher because all the worker said was and I quote, "Sekpat redeem." With no details on when and how I can redeem it instead.

So moral of the story, I hope you guys can improve on your customer service (atleast smile or give them a warm welcome) and please don't ruin any special occasion your customer has going on that day by giving them bad service because this ruined my mood for my birthday, so thank you...

I came with my husband on 3/1/2023 at 1.30pm for lunch. ordered menu for 2 person which is Tom Yum Kung Noodle and Nasi Goreng Ayam Rangup. We already done ordered and i got food within 13-15mins. Tom Yum Kung Noodle with bad condition. The pnot fresh and dont have cauliflower. the mushroom also not fresh. after 20mins they inform us that Nasi Goreng Ayam Rangup already finish. why not they tell us early so we can change menu. not even say sorry. terible service! then my husband order Curry Mee and they use white bowl. should be use a black bowl. Paid for service charge 10% but the service is really bad! not...

Slow service, even though there aren’t many customers. 😐😐😐 Tom Yam Curry prawn is not so fresh (no pics). 🤢🤢🤢 It took about 30 minutes for my food to arrive. 😑😑😑 My orange juice taste a bit bitter, not so sweet. 😩😩😩 The Country fried chicken is delicious, but in a ridiculous small portion. 😕😕😕 The cake is okay. 😋😋😋 The workers are friendly, at least I’m satisfied with their attitude. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In conclusion, never come to MJC branch ever again!!!🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Very awful food portion, and in an unfair price. 💸💸💸 Well no wonder they aren’t many customers coming...
