the place is cozy and very cold because it was raining heavily outside. i wish they could raise the aircond temperature since it was raining so badly. if it is hot then it is okay to put the aircond temperature low. the staff were okay. they even told me to add another rm1 to my order so i could get a free tissue box from starbucks. so i asked them if there was anything that cost rm1 only and they gave me the reusable straw 🤣 i do not even like reusable straws because i do not like to wash them, but since it only cost rm1 and i could get my tissue box, i just bought it.

there was a problem with the payment machine when i wanted to pay for my drinks and pastries. the payment was loading very slowly and then it did not go through, so one of the workers told me to transfer her instead and she could just scan it with her e wallet, and i agreed. to the owner, boss, or whoever is in a higher position, please fix the card payment machine or do something about it. fortunately there was no queue and the place was not busy at that time. imagine if there were many customers and the payment system was that slow?????? people would just cancel and go somewhere else. do you want to go...

Me and my wife regularly drive thru here to get our drinks. For dine in I really like the atmosphere, good for meeting, chill and study. But only that the room is too cold for someone like me that can't hold cold for too long. The best part is the service. I don't know anyone else, but so far staff that served me, believe me they are super friendly, willing to listen your order patiently and smile, yes I mean smile! I can't remember them really well, but some of them that I might recognize are Helmi, Heidi, Keenan and some others that i can't remember. You guys are the best. There's a saying, good coffee makes your mood, complete your day. And where the good coffee comes from? It comes from good baristas that make it with their pure heart. And where's the saying come from? Yes come from me sincerely. And to keep good staff/baristas is like sitting on a gold mine in your business. My friend and I ordered an I.S. Chocolate, but it tasted like coffee. We were so disappointed. I understand you were tired, but everyone else was tired too after a whole day of work.
