Ambiance was really great. Drink selection was not that much. I expect a great western restaurant would at least have some brewed coffee selection.
Then it comes to the food serving. We pre ordered our food and was thinking that would speed up the process. But then, a weird thing happened. The COLD steak came just few minutes after we arrived with no sauce (this was explained nicely in the menu). Some other item was also missing from the dish served. And it took ages for us to make sure everything is served according to the menu. After 15 minutes of debating with the waiter and waiting (waiter even mentioned that all other people before us also didn't get the item that we mentioned missing from the dish), then they came with the missing item.
The couple with a kid that came before us got even dreadful experience as their food is not even served when we got everything settled down finally for us. And that is almost 20 minutes already. When they asked the manager to come, the waiter said the manager is not available.
With this kind of experience, I don't think I will ever come back to the restaurant. Was really frustrated as previous reviews seems to be promising. I don't mind paying a high price for a good food and service. (Please expect to pay not less than RM100 if you come in...

The food is good and worth the price, but i would like a few suggestions, like making the customer's placement orders by making them write on paper, it saves much time. From what i saw, they are i think understaffed? Because the waitress was also the one who made the drinks and cashier.
This is not a problem for me, but if i was there during crowded times, it may take longer to get my food..
The food was alright, though it could use tiny tweaks so the taste wont get customer feeling queasy or "muak" too fast".
Ambiance was nice, no problem about that.
The rating i gave is not for criticism, its so the restaurant can see where they could improve to be a better eating place...
