Boat Noodle - Kuala Selangor — Restaurant in Selangor

I arrived around 12pm onwards, and there were many tables available so my expectations i will have a quick lunch with my family. Unfortunately, my sangkaya bread was not steam enough, leaving me and kids with not so good experience chewing a little bit hard bread. the services person didn't tell us about none tomyam noodles despite seeing and reading our orders knowingly about it, and we wait like almost an hour untill we decided to ask. Such a disappointment. Kitchen crew works too slow, our thai' s popeye tempura came out after 1hour and 30mins. Did I time my dine in, yes when you need to wait berjanggut, yes I do tend to look at my watch. If this dishes take a very long time to make, please put on your menu "discreetly advice for a long waiting time". After knowingly my tomyam noodles was not in service, I decided to change the order with lava egg krapow. Another waiting for almost an hour as well till I decided to give up. Nope, it didn't came out. I really dissatisfied when I am charges with 10 ringgit service charges but the services provided was very poor.

I really hope the management will take this matter seriously. If your crew needs more training in terms of servicing and cooking, please do provide them a proper one. I enjoyed the vibe and new varieties provided at my hometown, I hope you will improve and let's create a pleasant...

Pretty disappointing visit to this Boat Noodle branch. Been to many other branch and this experience was the most disappointing visit. Most of the food were not available, and when asked the waiter, he claims new menu is upcoming hence many of the items on the menu is not available is an unacceptable excuse. Slow customer service, after sitting for nearly 10 minutes, the waiter approaches to take our orders and there were only 2 other tables that already had their food served. None of the desert were available, as seen the menu photo I uploaded. The Phad Thai was sweet and did not taste like an authentic Thai cuisine at all. The place is strategic nearby main road but disappointed first time pergi boat noodle mostly menu not available even makanan yang high demand such as sangkaya. I want my parents to have a try this restaurant but most in the menu are not available?? Its public holiday?? Why not planning to restock?? Really not make sense. Then we order noodle soup and again we were shocked. Firstly, at 7pm the staff said the beef still not defrosted so need to change to chicken, then we ok bcs waste of time to wait. Then we notice noodle and the meatballs still not cooked enough when we ate?? This place will be bad...
