2)The second time i came, we have to wait outside for 30 minutes, when there's a lot of empty table insides. It may be because it is rmco, but the least the staff should do was to tell us to wait, instead of letting us contemplating "should we go inside or not?" . And obviously, we waited for a really long time too for our order to arrive.
3)This place is understaff. That's maybe the reason why it is a mess. And the staff is not friendly too.

Read moreI order their bento from grab apps, the rice is cold, not fully heat, and I find a small hair in the bento. This is a very disappointing and upset experience, the salmon and fried chicken boleh makan, but the rice omg, looks good but half is cold, and some are keras like not cook. I’m not sure the kitchen is really take it out from rice cooker when they pack for delivery or this bento memang siap packing and just buat panas. But they shouldn’t send out a rice with hair. Please make a better sop or hygiene standard for your food, f&b industry should really jaga and beware of this...

Arrived at there by 1230pm, then be informed that the shop will be opened at 3pm, then we waited until 3pm and they still didn't give any response and let us wait outside. Rubbish service. Didn't provide any information and didn't attempt to service the coming customers at outside door, there were already around 7 cars of customers left due to no customer service at all.
