waited 10-15mins for the staff to come to our table without acknowledging left a sheet and pencil on the table for us to order..when asked, just walked away staff came back and handed a QR code to order. obliged and ordered. ordered confirmed as per system at 852pm 925pm went to counter to check…staff was surprised and confirmed no order was registered at the water counter. staff checked at the POS, to only confirm that the order was recorded but no action taken was told 2minutes to be served came back to counter to check..only to be told 2minutes just for the drinks as fasting month and it was already 930pm, asked to cancel the order and walk out. 1 hour wasted.

please train your staff better. numbers were there but service was non-existent. a shame...

Was too lazy to cook on the eve of 2025 so my husband and I decided to have a Chinese meal at Mohd Chan Puncak Alam. This was my second time dining at this particular outlet/branch and this time too it failed to satiate my palate. The Kong Bao Chicken was dry with very minimal gravy, portion was puny and rather bland. The prawns in Kuey teow meehoon hor fun wasn’t fresh..smelly too. Pls improve your pao quality with generous fillings. To make matter worse, we were served by an ill mannered server named Ms Hidayah. Serving etiquette by Ms Azian and Mr Saurov are highly applauded. Ms Azian wasn’t on duty that day.

Won’t be so soon for my next visit .. perhaps...
