So dissapointed to be standing at the entrance after a 40min drive to get here, only to he informed that you open at 12pm today. When it comes to time, please inform your patrons on your social media. I checked your IG it says you open at 10.30am. It is to far to drive back out so I have to wait over an hour for you to notnonly opne, but to be seated at probably a less than ideal table due to the function you have a 2pm which caused your late opening today. Not cool.
Update : The 3 staff on duty today were kind enough to allow me in early after I went back to them to ask to be seated without service as long as we are not waiting outside in the sun. But... only the front portion of the cafe was available for sitting AND none of the plug points in the front work! OMG. Then there is a bar like sitting area with working plug points but they turned that into a condiments station. I mean, seriously! My son had already plugged his laptop in to be told afterwards that the manager whom they contacted asked to inform us that we can't sit there and that there are no plu point available today. Such bad service. If you know your cafe is booked for an event, why don't you equip your staff to pre-empt customers that they wont get the ideal experience. You are in the service line afterall! I ordered the set lunch (RM17.90) which clearly states it comes with one free iced black tea. I added a telur mata (+RM2.90). The waiter then told me I could pick from a few free drink options, so I chose iced lemon tea. But when it was time to pay, my total was suddenly RM 27!! claiming the iced lemon tea was RM4.90 extra. That makes absolutely no sense when the set is supposed to come with a drink.
I questioned them, and only then did they agree to remove the RM4.90. While I wasnāt charged in the end, itās still absurd that I had to ask and double check my bill everytime just to be charged correctly. This isnāt the first time Iāve noticed their pricing being off, Iāve noticed on past visits Iād get charged a few cents or even a few ringgit more than what I actually ordered. A few cents or ringgit here and there eventually becomes a lot, very misleading and unprofessional. however, the customer service is good and the staffs are friendly but please fix your system and charge...
