I was in need of a quick caffeine fix after a flavorful seafood lunch near Kuala Selangor beach. My expectations weren’t high — being this far from the city, you rarely find serious coffee.

But what a gem I stumbled upon, nestled in a quiet maze of houses — an unassuming hole-in-the-wall haven.

There it was: a Lagom P64 grinder sitting proudly on the counter, and behind it, a warm and enthusiastic lady who clearly knows and loves her beans. Her friendliness made the experience even better.

Not your typical chocolatey blend either — the coffee was more forward and complex, with beautiful clarity in the cup.

Good place to stop by if you're travelling up north. It's in a housing area so you have to slow down to look for the coffee place facade. There's only 2 place seating, this coffee shop really sells coffee only for takeaway. Price is reasonable for the quality.

Ordering mochas and it was good coffees. The owner's wife is the one who made the coffees. Both of them are really friendly. The shop was situated inside their house so look carefully.

Really recommend to buy coffee here if you are from KL and heading to sekinchan. No need to cross over the road.
