The Soya — Restaurant in Selangor

We actually drove by this shop on our way to another place, but it looked so beautiful we dropped a pin to visit for our trip back.

And it was also beautiful inside - simple decor with kampung house aesthetic with a touch of modern flare.

Friendly server - we had the only non soy pudding item (because i cant take soy pudding) and it was a bowl of ginger soup with plenty of taro balls and 3 sesame filled tang yuan. The tang yuan was so delicious that we ordered another bowl with extra tangyuan 🤭

The soup was good but we prefer it more gingery and a stronger kick!

Then we also had the Signature Tohua - with red beans and taro balls. It was also good. But again, the ginger flavor was abit mild for our taste.

Can Eat One Mehhhh?? Well, if you’re around here then this is a must stop. Cause the ambience is very nice and the food is good. It would have been perfect with a stronger and more fragrant...

glad to find this cute dessert shop located right beside the busiest road in Banting that serves fancy taufufah~ambience is chilled and it's a nice escape from the scorching hot weather

portion is generous and we love the variety of toppings offered here~pricing is super affordable compared to similar businesses in KL, 2 big bowls with 3 toppings each only come up to RM29 👏🏻

taufufah is smooth but it could be more fragrant; sweet potato and yam balls are quite tough/chewy; black sesame paste is amazing especially when filled in the glutinous balls; authenticity of gula melaka is a questionable due to its fairly weak aroma, it tastes more like regular...

A very nice n cozy place for yummy soya desserts.. esp on hot days.. place is clean n there are so many side add ons to make your ordinary taufufa ( soybean curd) more yummy in interesting..luv their mochi balls with fillings n the peach gum resin.. the soybean itself is super fragrant n smooth.. with 3 tyoes of sugar to choose frm n up to your oen level of sweetness.. place is clean n staffs very friendly..reasonably priced & portion is generous.. share if u are a small eater.. though I am generally a small eater.. I managed to finish a whole bowl on my own coz it was sooo delicious..😅.. my second time here.. n I will definitely be back .. highly...
