Read about the negative reviews, anyway, we went ahead to dine here. 👍🏼 1) Pretty fast services, maybe less crowded when we were there about 3:30pm 2) The Ginger Lala is tasty 3) The Braised Pork (not sure Keng Kee cooked the pork or from can) with Mee Hun is really good. Very flavourful 4) Was given an additional raw egg when the operator noted I was taking photo of the food 5) Reasonably easy to find car park Let's talk about 👎🏼 6) Slightly pricey 7) The operator is quite convincing in pushing the higher price cuisine to new customers, instead of promoting what the outlet is really good at, for example the Braised Pork Mee Hun and Ulu Yam Lor Mee 8) The hand washing area, could have been way better. The operator needs to be aware some patrons are going to finish the tasty Lala with their hands and fingers. So will need a place to wash the hands. The sink was packed with messy dirty dishes, bowls etc 9) Believe the high usage of MSG or related ingredients, cause was quite thirsty afterwards

We ordered quite a lot of food for just two people, which could have easily fed 3-4 people. We started with the loh mee, which was good overall but not my favourite taste of loh mee. However, there was nothing to complain about as the dish was prepared well and tasted good. Next, we tried the fried bean curd which was introduced to us by the boss. It turned out to be a delightful surprise and tasted really good. The dish was crispy and had a nice flavour to it. Finally, we had the Lala clams with ginger and spring onion, which was definitely the highlight of our meal. The sauce had a wonderful taste that complemented the clams perfectly. The ginger and spring onion added a nice kick to the fish, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, but I would recommend bringing more people with you to have more differences choice of dishes. I would definitely recommend the lala clams to anyone visiting the restaurant.

I have been here for quite a couple times, this is the first I'd like to write a review for this shop because of the boss attitude. First time they serve the food and asked me to pay RIGHT NOW. I was shocked and is it because of dine in and having food alone so you wan me to pay first? The problem is I don't see him collect money from others table. Secondly, first time order hokkien mee, this hokkien mee charged RM10, all the noodles and without prawn? Ah, don't you think it is too pricy to charge so? How much a pack of noodles cost oh? I don't understand why so pricy. The taste is so so only but very oily. I gonna say please lah, business isn't do so lol.
