Tealive Pusat Perniagaan Reef Rawang — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

went there last saturday on 1/3/2025 around 9pm, i ordered thai milk tea with cream cloud and it taste so awful with literally no ice and it was chill not cold, and there was so many tea leaves residue, and tbh mamak teh tarik is better, for rm 9++ that was not worth it at all, please improve your drink quality, and for the staff that was working during that time, i just wanna say please be more polite and talkative to the customer, i used to work at fnb too and i know how exhausting it was, but please know how to work properly because money that you earn is from selling beverages, when i was talking to him ( the guy on the pos counter ) he couldn’t even listening to what i said as if he was deaf, but suddenly can talk very properly around the bar area with his friends, so i guess you can talk and hear properly, plus my order was late and people after me get their drinks first before me, hoping that somehow this message can be seen to any one of the empolyees working there to improve quality of your drinks and to teach your employees basic customer service,...

Honestly, Tealive’s quality control is really disappointing.

My sister and I ordered together and picked up the drinks ourselves. The staff gave us paper cups instead of the usual transparent cups, so we couldn’t see the drinks when collecting them. We only found out the problems after getting into the car and drinking at home.

I ordered a Hojicha Mousse Latte with add on pearls but it came without pearls and without mousse. My sister ordered a Hojicha Latte with half sugar, and this was already our second time ordering it, so we know it’s not supposed to be completely unsweetened. However, this time it tasted like no sugar at all.

Not sure if it’s because we ordered after 8 p.m., close to closing time, but the QC was really bad. We tried Tealive again because of the Hojicha series, but after this experience, we honestly have no intention to try Tealive anymore. Very...

Tried TnG e-wallet with B1F1 promotion. Before 12pm, I placed order to pick up at 3pm. When I arrived at 3pm sharp, the drinks were ready, which is good. But I think they were prepared too early? The coffee was on the counter when I entered and it was not as hot as it supposed to be. Glad that they put another drink in the refrigerator but the ice cubes melted a lot too...But the volume of the drinks is still honest I would say, compared to other Tealive stores where hot coffee means about 65% of the cup full only.
